While volunteering for Child & Family Services I met a wonderful women who helps to run a womens shelter called Haven House in Buffalo New York. She asked me if I would be willing to speak to her Domestic Violence Class as a guest speaker at Niagra University. I saw it as a unique opportunity to share what I knew with the future psychologist and counselors of this world and I jumped at it. It was incredible rewarding and invigorating. This is an article written by George Will on the global warming debate. I had a friend who I know to be a democrat, the kind that goes to moveon.org parties, remark to me the other day that he is currently listening to the "right" on the radio these days. He tells me that Bill O'reilly can be reasonable sometimes. Bill OReilly is an idiot. A blow hard with an over inflated ego who picks and chooses the "truth" to fit his agenda. He throws in tid-bits of coherant reasoning to make himself feel better and for no other reason. To give him ANY credit for ANYTHING is a dis-service to thinking people. That gives him undeserved credibility. A legitimacy that bleeds into the retoric that he serves up daily.
